Groups

What constitutes a group?

A group is 20 or more passengers paying at one time as one entity. Groups make advance reservations for a specific date and time on one of our public sightseeing cruises.  Groups also sign a “ group reservation” agreement.

We require full payment for our regularly-scheduled sightseeing cruises based on your estimated count 30 days prior to your cruise. Final count (the number you are held to) is due 5 days prior to your cruise.  If you inform Potomac Riverboat Company of any reduction in passenger counts at the final count date, we will issue a refund for the amount of that reduction after your cruise has taken place.
